About

Andy Runningbean Design is run by Andy Gray, who has been providing technical illustration, graphics and web design services for more than 15 years.

Utilising his Masters degree in Geology, Andy is uniquely qualified to specialise in technical, scientific, engineering and earth sciences illustration. He provides sophisticated and detailed technical drawings, assists with brand identity and advises on brand management, designs and develops websites and creates visual aids for events, advertisements and corporate documentation.

Andy has recently;

  • worked on commercially sensitive projects for an aerospace systems consultancy
  • provided illustration and brand management advice to New Zealand’s premier earth sciences research foundation
  • designed and produced the visual aids for corporate events of an international consultancy
  • designed the website for a consultancy covering their operations across Europe, the Middle East and Asia
  • produced the design, layout and illustration of the popular science book “A Continent on the Move” which went on to be the winner of the Environmental Category of the 2009 Montana Book Awards.
